Founder - Certified, Experienced & Committed to the Craft
Leo Lin is a certified trades professional and the founder of VIA. As a Red Seal Journeyman Plumber and licensed Class A Gas Fitter, he brings over a decade of hands-on experience in construction management, plumbing, and heating to every VIA project. He built the company on a simple belief: every job, big or small, deserves precision, honesty, and craftsmanship that lasts.
Before founding VIA Plumbing Heating and Drainage Ltd. Leo earned his reputation on some of British Columbia’s most demanding construction builds, including the River Green District Project and Solo District Project. That work shaped the disciplined, detail-focused approach and professionalism that he brings to every project today.

A Red Seal Certified Plumber and Class A Gas Fitter licensed by Technical Safety BC, Leo is qualified to work on complex, high-capacity gas systems across residential, commercial, and industrial applications. He leads the company’s overall direction and client relationships, making sure every project meets the highest standard of quality and compliance.
Adrian Ng
Certified as a Red Seal Certified Plumber and Class B Gas Fitter through Technical Safety BC, Adrian manages installs, repairs, and maintainence of gas systems and appliances within Class B scope. He oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates the team, and keeps every project moving smoothly from start to finish.
Gerard Duan
A Red Seal Certified Plumber with 10 years of hands-on plumbing experience, Gerard brings a wealth of trade knowledge and fully qualified plumbing expertise to every project. He plays a key role in managing project planning, scheduling, and trade coordination across all active sites.
Steven Xu
A Red Seal Certified Plumber with 8 years of hands-on plumbing experience, Steven brings practical, on-the-tools knowledge to every job. He handles on-site supervision and quality control, keeping each project running safely and on schedule.
